Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident in every order. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.

This policy applies to purchases made on cozedolce.com.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used grooming products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
